Overview
The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) provides leadership coverage for approximately 40 FTEs at our NLR and Colonel Glenn Orthopedic Clinics. The CSM is responsible for managing nursing personnel, administering patient services, serving as a nurse, acting as a liaison between physicians and nurses, and serving on various committees. Provides guidance and direction to nurses and coworkers to ensure smooth processes, quality, and excellent customer service.
The duties of the CSM contribute to the effort to further the mission of UAMS:
