Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN with Level 4 NICU experience and Epic proficiency for a 12-hour night shift position.

• Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within a hospital setting
• Level 4 NICU caring for the most critically ill infants
• 12-hour night shifts with weekend requirements
• May float to other units within the ICU cluster including PICU, CVICU, Burn ICU, and IMU
• Epic EMR experience required
• Role involves providing specialized care for critically ill neonates
• Must be nicotine free
• A specialty skills checklist is required for consideration
• Floating to other pediatric and critical care units may be required
• First-time travelers will not be considered

• Active AR or compact state RN license
• Current certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and TNCC as applicable
• Minimum of one prior travel assignment required
• Must have Level 4 NICU experience;
  Level 1 or 2 experience not accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass fit test; no facial hair unless for religious reasons
• Must pass nicotine test
• At least one reference from the past year
