The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Nursing Director to lead our Cancer Service Line

Your Impact- Lead and inspire nursing staff across multiple divisions to deliver outstanding care.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align nursing services with institutional objectives.
- Promote innovation, research, and continuous quality improvement in oncology nursing practice.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting body requirements, including The Joint Commission.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN with a graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
- 10+ years of nursing experience, including 4+ years in leadership/managerial roles.
- Arkansas RN licensure or eligibility.
- National Nursing Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of nursing managerial experience in oncology or related service areas.
- 4+ years of oncology nursing experience (inpatient or ambulatory).
- Expertise in oncology nursing and patient care.
- Leadership and mentorship to guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and resource management skills.
- Familiarity with Magnet standards and nursing excellence.
