Additional InformationThe Patient Care Manager manages daily operations of the clinical nursing department ensuring safe and high quality patient care delivery and the effective and efficient utilization of staff, supplies, and equipment. Promotes evidenced-based practice and ongoing performance improvement. The Patient Care Manager collaborates with the Nursing Director, physicians and other members of the department’s leadership team.
