To keep our testing centers running smoothly, we are seeking a dedicated Machine Technician & Systems Engineer Hourly ( Regular Full-time ) to support the upkeep and functionality of our facilities in Owatonna, MN
.

The minimum full‑time starting pay is $20 per hour plus eligibility for benefits effective on your hire date

40 hours per week with potential overtime and weekend shifts. Availability required Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 3 AM.

• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• One (1) year of related production experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (preferred).
• Strong attention to quality and detail.

• Operate all department machines.
• Make operating adjustments to equipment as trained.
• Maintain logs and keep records as directed.
• Work cooperatively in a team environment to process materials or documents.
• Wear necessary protective clothing and equipment as required.
• Perform tasks involving the lifting and/or loading of materials.
• Maintain work area in neat, orderly, and safe manner.
• May perform higher‑classified work occasionally for training purposes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Support other departments as assigned.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and move pallets with a pallet jack.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and push loaded carts of 650 lbs.
• Must be able to push and load 1200 lb (or heavier) roll forms.
• Frequent bending and twisting required.

• Work requires extreme caution in certain situations.
• Noise and airborne dust may be present but are safely managed.
• Shift may involve off‑shift or irregular hours to minimize disruption to operations.
