This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Little Rock, AR, for a Manufacturing Technician.

• Inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling commercial beverage equipment.
• Testing equipment functionality.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Documenting repairs.
• Maintaining tools.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

• Mechanical and technical skills, including the ability to repair and assemble equipment.
• Experience with inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow quality control processes.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Past experience in equipment servicing or a similar manufacturing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus.
