Position Summary

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Little Rock, Arkansas that is one of the world's leaders in aircraft electrical systems. We are looking for experienced Electrical Test Technician who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!

The Electrical Test Technician is responsible for testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and verifying electrical systems, components, and assemblies to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Essential Functions
  • Perform wire bundle insulation tests.
  • Perform wire bundle continuity tests.
  • Update customer traceability system after the electrical tests have been performed.
Secondary Duties
  • Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites.
  • Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
  • Wrap and tie wires.
  • Route wires, rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a wire harnesses when not performing electrical test technician duties.
  • Complete associated paperwork.
  • Assist with the training of other technicians when needed.
  • Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, Safety, and environmental program and culture.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of Wiring experience or a combination of experience and training.
  • Ability to complete new hire training requirement (Basic)
  • Wiring knowledge (Advanced)
  • Ability to work in a team environment using interpersonal skills
