• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Five years nursing experience, at least three years supervisory capacity
• Registered Nurse License in Arkansas
• BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

• Analyze clinic needs and recommend interventions
• Liaise with director and administration to identify problems
• Act as working supervisor monitoring clinic status
• Implement Quality Assurance studies and report findings
• Manage clinic expenditures and budget constraints
• Ensure licensing and crediting agency standards are met
• Set measurable clinic goals and performance objectives
• Conduct annual staff needs assessments and budget maintenance
• Develop, interpret, and implement policies, guidelines, and job descriptions annually
• Coordinate staff leave scheduling
• Document any physical plant renovation or repair plans
• Participate on ad hoc committees related to clinic issues
• Maintain awareness of staff abilities and limits
• Assign duties appropriate to each individual
• Other duties as assigned

Commensurate with education and experience.

• RN License or Certificate
