Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in the Southeast US. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, performance, and operations within the designated district. Key duties include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, leading and coaching a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, and preparing reports for senior management.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals will also be a critical aspect of this role.

- Leadership, team management, and coaching experience
- Proficiency in planning, analytics, and market trend analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in the energy or related industries is a plus
