WFS is a high performance Rev Ops agency that installs and deploys enterprise-grade, AI-driven revenue engines and selling systems for our clients. Think of a lead generation based marketing agency… but focused on sales. We architect end-to-end sales solutions, integrate systems, build go-to-market strategies, and manage a highly trained on-demand sales force.

Position Overview

As the Marketing & Rev Ops Project Manager, you will ensure WFS’s revenue infrastructure is built, integrated, and executed without chaos, burnout, or missed timelines.

Qualifications
  • Experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager.
  • Direct experience working under a COO or executive leadership team.
  • Supported 8-figure (or larger) businesses with complex initiatives.
  • Experience in a high-intensity, high-growth, sales-led company.
  • Advanced project management skills in resource allocation, capacity planning, and identifying inflection points.
  • Exceptional at breaking initiatives from strategy → work streams → milestones → tasks.
  • Experience building and managing project plans for marketing and Rev Ops teams.
  • Proficient in Click Up or Asana and comfortable bringing your own system.
  • Ability to explain your project planning process, including Gantt charts and roadmap visualization.
  • Comfortable managing capacity, not just checklists.
  • Wants to be involved in executive conversations and drive the roadmap.
What You Should Not Apply If
  • You prefer tactical-only execution with no exposure to leadership.
  • You wait to be told what the plan is instead of helping shape it.
  • You struggle with ambiguity at the start of initiatives.
  • You avoid capacity conversations or tradeoff decisions.
  • You dislike visual planning tools, roadmaps, or timelines.
  • You believe project management starts after strategy is finalized.
  • You resist ownership of outcomes.
