About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Branch Service Center Manager to lead one of our branches and represent Tru Service within the community. This hands‑on leader will oversee daily operations, coach and develop staff, drive growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who loves serving members, leading teams, and making a meaningful community impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coach a high‑performing branch team
  • Cultivate strong community relationships and drive business development
  • Promote our full suite of consumer and business products
  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance
  • Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care
  • Perform key branch functions (lending, new accounts, member service)
  • Achieve branch sales, service, and growth goals
  • Collaborate with support departments to maintain consistency and internal controls
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in banking or credit unions
  • 2+ years in retail customer service and/or business development
  • 2+ years leadership or management experience (strongly preferred)
  • 1+ year lending experience

    Proven ability to meet growth and performance goals
  • Strong coaching and team‑development skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking/credit union operations and regulations
  • bi‑lingual preferred
  • NMLS preferred
Salary & Benefits

💲 $50,000 – $65,000
