Your primary responsibility is maintaining efficiency and safety with our fleet vehicles and in our warehouse, providing a high-level of organization and performance, and completing all necessary documentation.

As

the Fleet/Warehouse Manager you will:
  • Oversee and manage preventative maintenance schedules for company vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, including registrations, inspections, and insurance.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor fleet usage, fuel usage, and service history to improve operations.
  • Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock of tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure materials are ready for jobs.
  • Organize warehouse layout to maximize space and workflow.
  • Track shipments, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems.
  • Manage supply orders and coordinate timely delivery of materials.
  • Follow all company and regulatory safety protocols.
  • Perform occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs.
Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Experience in fleet management and warehouse operations.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse inventory management systems and fleet maintenance systems.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to include documenting fleet maintenance and tracking inventory.
  • Ability to promptly identify and resolve fleet and inventory issues.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • OHSA 10 or 30-hour training preferred.
  • Valid Arkansas driver's license with clean driving record required.
  • Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Experience navigating a warehouse environment and working outdoors as needed to inspect and maintain vehicles in varying weather conditions.
  • Able to lift, push and pull items up to 50 lbs.
  • Passionate about supporting a small business and contributing to team success.
