The Manager in Training (MIT)بعدة a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position. With a focus on leadership training, customer service excellence, and operational expertise, you’ll receive hands‑on assignments and structured learning opportunities. Within 8‑12 weeks, you could progress into management—depending on your prior experience and performance.
