• Lead, oversee, and direct full project lifecycle from pre‑construction to close‑out.
• Develop project schedules and milestones, aligning teams and meeting deadlines.
• Proactively manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships as primary contact.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to keep projects on course.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and foster teamwork.
