Temporary Porter / Groundskeeper - West Little Rock, AR

Our apartment community in West Little Rock is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is temporary with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the apartment community. This includes the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking areas, and all other common spaces.

This role will also assist the maintenance team with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and completing service-related tasks as directed by the Community Director.

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the community

• Clean and maintain common areas, amenities, and building exteriors

• Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant apartments for new residents

• Support the maintenance team with basic service requests as directed

• Help ensure the property maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
  , including maintenance experience

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service to residents

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
