Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic start‑up facility as a Warehouse Lead where you will play a crucial role in organizing the warehouse, supervising forklift drivers, and managing inventory for a successful start‑up. Your strong communication skills, inventory management expertise, and computer proficiency will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities- Organize and set up the warehouse from scratch.
- Supervise forklift drivers to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the general contractor on‑site.
- Manage and monitor inventory being shipped in for start‑up operations.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Inventory management experience.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus.

Work EnvironmentWork at a new construction site within an Amazon LIT3 location. The environment is active with ongoing construction activities, providing a unique and dynamic workplace experience.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Little Rock, AR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
