Join a dynamic start‑up facility as a Warehouse Lead where you will play a crucial role in organizing the warehouse, supervising forklift drivers, and managing inventory for a successful start‑up. Your strong communication skills, inventory management expertise, and computer proficiency will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.

• Organize and set up the warehouse from scratch.
• Supervise forklift drivers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the general contractor on‑site.
• Manage and monitor inventory being shipped in for start‑up operations.
• Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills.
• Inventory management experience.
• Proficiency in computer operations.

• Leadership experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Work at a new construction site within an Amazon LIT3 location. The environment is active with ongoing construction activities, providing a unique and dynamic workplace experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Little Rock, AR.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
