Salary Range: $14.00 - $20.00 per year

• Support our growing customer service team by reinforcing our customer focused culture and processes
• Identify potential gaps in customer coverage to better protect their families. Then refer them to our sales department.
• Provide exceptional customer service, with empathy, on high level service issues

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement!
• Must possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and have a true passion for helping people!
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have above average computer skills.
• Need to advise our customers on their risks and be able to provide solutions.
• Must be willing to work out of our agency location in Little Rock.
• Must work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required!
