Position Open: EIR HIT Grant Data & Systems Coordinator
Are you a data powerhouse who loves turning complex systems into actionable insights? 📈💡 The Arkansas Department of Education is looking for a Data & Systems Coordinator to help drive a statewide high-impact tutoring initiative!
This role serves as the connective tissue between schools, vendors, evaluators, and ADE leadership — ensuring high-quality data collection, system integration, fidelity monitoring, and real‑time reporting across Arkansas schools.
🔥 What You’ll DoAs the data engine behind this major initiative, you will:
- ✅ Manage project operations, timelines & deliverables
- ✅ Oversee tutoring, assessment, fidelity & attendance data pipelines
- ✅ Maintain dashboards tracking dosage, staffing & key KPIs
- ✅ Cross‑check platform, district & state data systems
- ✅ Generate weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reports
- ✅ Identify trends, risks & implementation flags
- ✅ Support federal reporting & evaluation documentation

🎯 What You BringBonus points for:
- 🎓 Experience with education data systems (SIS, assessment, tutoring platforms)
- 📑 Familiarity with research or evaluation projects (RCTs, large pilots)

📅 260‑day contract (July 1–June 30)
