Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician.

Little Rock, AR (We hire for many locations in the US).
Type of Job
:
Long term Contract / Contract to permanent.
- Drive to various customer locations from the pickup parts location mentioned in the job.
- Visit both business offices and houses to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix Computers / Desktops / Laptops / Printers.
- Use your own car to travel for services.
- Work primarily with Dell products (previous experience is a plus).
- Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
- Be ready for overtime work and extensive driving (300 miles per week).
- A+ Certification is mandatory (training/expired status is also accepted).
- Dell or any product manufacturer certification is a plus.
- Good experience working on laptops and desktops is mandatory.
- Good experience with break/fix is required.
- Upon offer, you must undergo a background check and provide a driving record.
- You will need to complete Dell certification training (online, free).
- Agree to contract terms and conditions.
- Pay will be biweekly based on approved hours.
- Mileage will be reimbursed – contact me to discuss details.
- Prepare a backup vehicle if your car breaks down.
- Standard pay rate with good mileage reimbursement.
- We seek commitment technicians who can be an asset to the company.
- Feedback is provided within 48 hours for every application.
- Provide the best time to call you when sending your profile.
