Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Service Now Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions.
This role serves as the technical authority for Service Now, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures while mentoring teams and driving complex implementations end to end.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise Service Now implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Architect and optimize core Service Now modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
- Maximize out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing customizations.
- Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and real-time/event-based methods.
- Establish and enforce Service Now governance, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as technical lead, mentoring developers, admins, and junior architects.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new Service Now features and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years of hands-on experience on the Service Now platform.
- Proven experience as a Service Now Architect delivering multiple enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Service Now modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
- Deep understanding of Service Now platform architecture, workflow automation, and data modeling.
- Solid experience with integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ability to align Service Now solutions with ITIL best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web-based development.
- Service Now certifications such as CIS, CAD, CSA (CTA certification is a strong plus).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
