We're seeking a methodical, research-driven professional to lead software process improvement initiatives and internal project management. You'll dive deep into complex systems, analyze workflows, and design solutions that enhance operational efficiency across our organization. This role focuses on substantive projects requiring concentrated analysis and systematic problem-solving. You'll manage SaaS implementations from evaluation through deployment, create detailed process documentation, build optimized workflows, and develop data-informed strategies that drive measurable improvements.

• Proven track record managing software implementations, SaaS deployments, or business process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to analyze processes critically and implement practical optimization solutions

• High proficiency with project management and workflow tools (Smartsheet, Airtable, , or similar)
• Familiarity with process mapping software and documentation tools
• Comfortable with data analysis applications
• Ability to work with complex information systems and technical documentation

• Strong research and analytical capabilities with methodical problem-solving approach
• Excellence in creating comprehensive written documentation
• Ability to synthesize technical documentation, user feedback, and operational data into coherent insights
• Precise, fact-based communication style with preference for written communication
• Capability to break down large challenges into manageable components and identify root causes

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Equivalent practical experience will be considered
