Revolution Technologies is supporting a large enterprise client seeking an onsite Site Operations Manager to oversee a managed print and output environment in Little Rock.

This is a hands-on operations role focused on customer service, SLA ownership, and heavy Excel reporting. This is not a remote or entry-level IT support position.

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the enterprise customer
• Manage daily operations of a large printer and copier fleet
• Track SLA performance, volume, usage, and cost metrics
• Build and maintain Excel reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
• Coordinate with field techs, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage consumables and device inventory
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting meetings
• Support device deployments, moves, adds, and changes

• Managed Print Services or printer fleet operations experience
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience owning SLA reporting and performance metrics
• Basic understanding of networked printers, IP addressing, and print drivers
• Local to Little Rock or able to work onsite daily

• Experience with Lexmark, Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or Konica Minolta
• Enterprise customer site ownership experience
• Office technology or IT services environment
