- Maintain accurate and complete case files while collaborating with legal and program teams
- Prepare responses to FOIA requestors and UAMS leadership
- Provide marketing support and assist in planning and implementing marketing projects
- Gather and analyze information from various sources to ensure compliance with FOIA requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, information technology, business, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management
- Strong collaboration skills with administrators and internal team members
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement information requests efficiently
- Proficient in pulling data from various sources and compiling it into presentation formats
- Knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act laws, policies, and regulations
- Experience in writing and proofreading
- Familiarity with data targeting for marketing initiatives
