- Provide accurate and timely troubleshooting of security system and network cabling components
- Install electronic control systems, including door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and associated hardware
- Respond to situations where systems have failed, isolating or repairing problem equipment and software
- Make configuration changes to restore systems to full functionality
- Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for system support
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field plus 1 year of experience in cabling or low voltage systems, or a High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in carpentry or building maintenance
- Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation
- Annual TB screening and criminal background check required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Customer service experience
- Arkansas Alarm License, Level 1
