TECHNICIAN, EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTION - Little Rock, AR

Equipment Distribution Third Shift 9:00 pm – 7:30 am at Compass Group USA.

Crothall Healthcare provides advanced quality maintenance, service and support for multi‑modality, multi‑vendor diagnostic imaging (DI) equipment. This technician role leads the DI service team, ensuring expert service of imaging equipment and customer satisfaction, and serves as the final line of defense before service is outsourced.

• Provide technical support for customer accounts, equipment assets, and modalities as assigned.
• Develop programs and procedures, train teams, monitor escalations, and drive self‑service capability.
• Offer support via phone, email, and on‑site as needed.
• Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting for multi‑modality, multi‑OEM equipment.
• Resolve complex problems and handle difficult customer situations.
• Perform or facilitate DI assessments at new account start‑up or when required.
• Support QA/RA to ensure compliance with company, ISO, and government policies and contribute to policy writing.
• Adhere to prescribed PPE and safety requirements.
• Carry or pull up to 40 lbs of equipment and tools; perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and turning.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record; be available after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Travel up to 80% to customer sites, meetings, and training.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience servicing and maintaining advanced multi‑vendor/multi‑modality DI equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
