This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from entry-level to experienced professionals interested in infrastructure engineering or Infrastructure as Code solutions.

Backgrounds considered include:

• IT/Systems/Computer Engineering
• Cybersecurity/Networking
• Computer Science

Experience levels:

• Entry-level:
  Background in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or internships in Infrastructure Engineering.
• Mid-senior levels: 3+ years in Infrastructure Engineering areas.

Infrastructure Engineering Areas include Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, Dev Ops, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or related field
• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID-19 vaccination

As part of the Hosting team, responsibilities include:

• Following policies and procedures and escalating issues
• Escalating potential security incidents with relevant info
• Meeting security responsibilities outlined in policies
