Job Duties:

** Support the daily operation of the Center for Simulation Innovation, maintain Human Simulators and lab equipment, manage Simulation Lab supplies, perform Pre-Simulation activities, execute Simulation experience, perform post-simulation activities, provide technical support, maintain documentation and resources, and maintain Professional Development. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.##

* Qualifications:

**** Required Education and or

Experience:

*** High school diploma;
* Currently enrolled in the AAS nursing program at the UA Little Rock School of Nursing.
** Preferred Education and or

Experience:

*** Simulation, nursing, and/or medical experience is preferred by not required.

* Job Duties:

*** Supporting Daily Operations of the Center for Simulation Innovation (CSI);
* Maintaining Human Simulators and Lab Equipment;
* Managing Simulation Lab Supplies;
* Performing Pre-Simulation Activities;
* Executing Simulation Experience;
* Performing Post-Simulation Activities;
* Technical Support;
* Maintaining Documentation and Resources;
* Maintaining Professional Development.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Knowledge of basic simulation principles;
* Knowledge of basic simulation equipment;
* Knowledge of basic simulation technologies and audiovisual equipment;
* Ability to ensure appropriate setup and breakdown of simulation skills and scenarios including manikins, task trainers, hospital equipment, and supplies;
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
* Ability to effectively communicate with simulation faculty, staff, and students;
* Ability to anticipate needs and initiate tasks without direct supervision;
* Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing simulation demands as needed;
* Ability to maintain simulation center cleanliness;
* Ability to professionally conduct simulation center tours.
