Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a pediatric complex care facility serving residents aged birth to 21 with severe developmental and medical needs. This full-time role offers a flexible, collaborative environment with consistent hours and on-site supervision. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide classroom and one-on-one therapy, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for pediatric clients with complex medical and developmental needs.
- Provide classroom and one-on-one therapy to residents aged birth to 21.
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive treatment approaches.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD).
- Current Arkansas licensure and ASHA CCC.
- Pediatric experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Physical ability to perform related tasks; this is a safety-sensitive position.
