This posting can fill a LMSW or LCSW position

• LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker provides clinical psychosocial services and case management for the WPRCI patients and families in outpatient clinical areas. Services include: initial psychosocial assessment, ongoing assessment as needed, development of treatment plans/interventions, coordination with inpatient Care Management/medical staff, advocacy for patient/family, patient/family education and referrals, financial/social needs support, interdisciplinary team coordination, and involvement in psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
  
  Participates in program development under supervision and in supervision toward obtaining LCSW.
• LCSW I - Provides clinical psychosocial services for patients in the UAMS Cancer Service Line including assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, financial/social support, program development, supervision of graduate interns, and liaison with departments. Periodic travel and evening work may be required.
• LCSW II - Similar responsibilities in the Cancer Service Line with focus on program development and supervision of interns. Periodic travel and evening work may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

LMSW:

• Masters Degree - Social Work PLUS Professional License/Certificate - LMSW
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and decision-making skills
• Ability to think independently, multitask, and foster team interactions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

LCSW I :

• Masters Degree in Social Work; PLUS Zero to Two years working in administration, nonprofit organization, or health care environment with supervisory experience
• Current LCSW license from Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and decision-making skills
• Ability to think independently, multitask, and foster team interactions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

LCSW II :

• Master's Degree in Social Work PLUS Three years working in administration, nonprofit organization, or health care environment with supervisory experience
• Current LCSW license from Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and decision-making skills
• Ability to think independently, multitask, and foster team interactions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Responsibilities: multidisciplinary team member; develop treatment plans; liaison with other departments; provide direct clinical services; mandatory reporting; support families; organize patient support groups; psychosocial assessments; documentation; assist with resources; participate in quality improvement and supervision; maintain professional credentials; represent department on campus committees; may perform other duties
