Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM. Salary range $143,900–$237,600. Lead multi‑provider service operations, overseeing clinical management activities and staff.

• Provides leadership, management, direction, training and guidance for staff and day‑to‑day clinic/service operations.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and accrediting bodies.
• Uses project‑management skills to establish timelines, monitor progress and recommend innovative solutions to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Hires, directs, coaches and monitors performance of direct reports; develops a high‑performance team.
• Manages performance by assessing competency and providing constructive feedback for annual evaluations.
• Role‑models professional growth through participation in seminars, workshops, and industry affiliations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or GED; 5 years of relevant experience including at least 1 year in a leadership role (or 7 years if no diploma).
• Child Life Specialist Certification highly recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
