- Conduct interviews and assessments with research study participants
- Manage data collection, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
- Supervise the collection, processing, and shipment of biological assessments
- Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and study statisticians on data analyses
- Bachelor's degree in biology or behavioral sciences plus five (5) years of research-related experience
- Experience working with human subjects and conducting diagnostic interviews
- Knowledge in biostatistics or postgraduate training in statistics and data handling
- Ability to perform venipuncture and process biological specimens under supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Certified Research Specialist Certification (CRS) and completion of Collaborative Institutional Training Institute (CITI)
- Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Familiarity with grant proposal preparation and submission processes
- Background in community engagement and participant recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to research protocols
