What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a patient resource for scheduling and billing inquiries
  • Facilitate comprehensive patient data collection and ensure timely billing
  • Collect and post payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily deposits
  • Conduct insurance verifications and manage authorizations and referrals
  • Support patient care activities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent formal education
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in registration or scheduling in healthcare
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer/keyboarding
  • Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of basic medical terminology
  • Ability to operate office machines, including printers and scanners
