The GI Joint Venture Nurse is a vital member of our specialized Gastroenterology team, responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of GI Endoscopy procedures. This role operates within a dynamic joint venture setting, which often combines the resources and expertise of a healthcare system with the efficiency and focus of a private practice.

• Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of GI Endoscopy procedures.
• Conduct critical assessments, participate in skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to patient safety, quality of care, and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 12 months
• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• At least 1-2 years of direct experience in a GI Endoscopy Unit, PACU, Critical Care, or Emergency Department setting
