About the Role
The Citizens Bank is seeking a highly motivated and relationship‑driven Treasury Management Officer to join our team in the Central Arkansas market. Based in Little Rock, this role is instrumental in partnering with business clients to optimize financial operations, enhance cash flow management, and deliver solutions tailored to their unique needs.
As part of our Treasury Management team, you will work in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment where your financial expertise, problem‑solving skills, and consultative mindset directly contribute to the success of our clients and our Bank.

In this role, you will:
- Drive business development through new client acquisition and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service to deepen relationships, ensure retention, and provide expert financial consultation.
- Develop an understanding of client industries, strategies, and financial environments to identify needs and recommend treasury management solutions.
- Support revenue and deposit growth goals for the Bank.
- Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Prepare proposals, conduct client service reviews, and build strong professional relationships with decision makers.
- Provide training and guidance to bank partners on treasury management products and services.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong persuasive communication skills-verbal, written, and in presentations.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Capability to prepare and present compelling proposals.
- Business acumen and an ability to understand diverse industries.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology.
- Prior sales experience (banking experience preferred).
- Self‑motivation and the ability to independently source and pursue business opportunities.
