Role OverviewAs Director, Turbine Operations, you will lead all turbine generation operations supporting OCI’s energy resilience strategy. This role owns performance, compliance, and lifecycle optimization of turbine assets across sites.
Key Responsibilities- Direct operations, maintenance, and upgrade programs for all turbine facilities.
- Own relationships with OEMs, regulators, utilities, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Establish organization-wide standards for turbine operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Support deployment of new and emerging energy technologies and generation projects.
- Track performance, availability, and safety KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
