Join a dynamic team as a Product Development Engineer focusing on fasteners and anchors. We are seeking a proactive individual with a passion for innovation and problem-solving to enhance and develop our product line.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with various departments to drive the company's growth.

Salary:

Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Travel Requirements:

Periodic travel is required, less than 10%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management and sales teams to initiate new projects and optimize existing products, focusing on the design, development, and quality of plastic and metal fasteners.
  • Develop machinery and tooling requirements to support both new and existing product lines.
  • Ensure all product design conditions are met and validated through production output.
  • Maintain high standards of quality for both new and existing product lines, ensuring compliance with specifications and successful audit/testing outcomes.
  • Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.

Experience:
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as CAD, Solid Works, or CATIA.
  • Experience with concrete, roadway, and construction fasteners is preferred.
  • Knowledge of stamping/metal forming and CNC processes is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage large projects and complex processes.
  • Experience in collaborating with domestic and international customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ability to define test plans, write test procedures, and lead development and qualification testing is preferred.
