Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team. • Train, motivate, and review engineering staff to ensure strong team performance
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance of all operating systems
• Oversee inventory management, departmental budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses
• Provide effective communication and updates to the Chief Engineer, General Manager, Concord leadership, and ownership regarding areas of concern

• Proven experience in hotel engineering or property maintenance leadership
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Wage Range

$49,305-$61,631
