Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in property engineering, leadership, and maintenance while making a meaningful impact on a high‑traffic property. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and a passion for developing their team.

- Train, motivate, and review engineering staff to ensure strong team performance
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance of all operating systems
- Oversee inventory management, departmental budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses
- Provide effective communication and updates to the Chief Engineer, General Manager, Concord leadership, and ownership regarding areas of concern
- Proven experience in hotel engineering or property maintenance leadership
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and compliance requirements

Wage Range
$49,305-$61,631
