Municipal Project Manager

Garver is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the River Valley Municipal Leader within our Transportation Team in Conway or Little Rock, Arkansas
. Join us in continuing our tradition of delivering reputable service to our clients.

• Manage projects effectively from inception to completion
• Oversee plan production
• Engage with clients for interaction and development
• Apply technical expertise in:
• Geometric design of roadways
• Construction sequencing and traffic control
• Utility relocation coordination

• Assist in marketing activities such as proposal and letter of interest production, participating in interviews and presentations

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 6 to 12 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, HCM, and MUTCD
• Experience with Micro Station, Geopak, InRoads, or similar roadway design software
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in transportation-focused consulting engineering
• PE license in Arkansas or ability to obtain reciprocity within three months
