Field Service Engineer | $98K–$112K | Company Vehicle | Little Rock, AR
This is a field-based engineering role supporting advanced medical equipment in hospitals and clinics. You’ll work independently in your region, troubleshoot and repair complex systems, and play a direct role in keeping critical healthcare technology running.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands‑on technical work, autonomy, and solving problems in real time.
Schedule & Travel- After training, shift moves to a delayed start (10 am, 12 pm, or 3 pm)
- Shift comes with a 7%–15% differential
- Regional travel only, centered around Little Rock
- Typical drive radius is 2–3 hours
- Occasional on‑call or weekend coverage as needed
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electronic systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on‑site
- Train end users after installs
- Manage your territory and service schedule
- Minimize downtime for critical equipment

4+ years experience in Electronics, electrical, or mechanical troubleshooting in environments such as industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing, automation, controls, or similar hands‑on technical roles. No medical experience required. If you can diagnose systems, work independently, and communicate professionally, you can succeed here.
