Caterpillar is seeking a Maintenance SAP Planner/ Scheduler in North Little Rock, AR. In this role, you will support the planning and scheduling of the improvement projects for the North Little Rock facility.
** What you can look forward to in this role:
*** Primary Monitor Radio and SAP for incoming breakdown and repair requests
* Direct and ensure all Preventative Maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Responsible for updating and maintaining SAP system, like adding new machines, new users, PM's, coordinating training and any other additional tasks.
* Responsible for providing the Maintenance and Team Leaders with the monthly CPS data and other metrics generated from the SAP system.
* Act as the machine documentation manager for all current and future machines at the facility and maintain the current documentation in paper and electronic form.
* Act as liaison between facility management, the maintenance group, purchasing, and crib personnel.

* Problem Solving:
Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
* Mechanical/Machinery:
Knowledge of machines and tools; ability to use knowledge of machinery or mechanical objects including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
** Top Candidates for this position may also have:
*** Use of AutoCAD 2D modeling for floor plans
* Experience in a mechanic shop and / or fabrication shop
* Experience managing inventory
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
* Demonstrated ability to work independently to move projects forward
* Experience with creating and implementing standard work

** Summary Pay Range:**$81,370.00 - $Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
