Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced 3DExperience functional support professional to join our dynamic team. You will support the use of 3DExperience in engineering and manufacturing within the aerospace industry, collaborating with a technical team to assist our client with various support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support to users, including best practices and methodologies.
• Assist users with their requests in the field.
• Create and present methodological documentation to users.
• Train and support new team members.

Reporting

• Prepare regular status reports to provide visibility on actions, progress, milestones, and outcomes.

Experience

• Experience working with customers in the aerospace industry is preferred.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related fields.

Skills & Achievements

• Proficient in the functional use of 3DExperience.
• Comfortable with IT solutions and user support.
• Skilled in writing functional documentation.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with end users.
• Knowledge of digital technologies applicable to aerospace.
• Understanding of aerospace regulations, standards, and best practices.

Languages

• Fluent in English (required);
  French is a plus.
