We are looking to hire an RF In building Engineer based in Little Rock, AR, and Houston, TX (Hybrid)
What will you do as RF In building EngineerJob Duties & Must Have Skills (Most Important):
- Extensive knowledge of FCC Emissions and RF Safety guidelines.
- Proficient in RF/Regulatory and PM Software:
Atoll, Fuze/Siterra, Roof master/Roof view. - Expert in office computer applications:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. - RF System Optimization techniques for voice and data for Nortel, Motorola, and/or Nokia infrastructure.
- Good understanding of engineering concepts, with aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.
- Experience in RF Design for Indoor Systems.
- Experience with RAN and DAS OEM systems.
- Expertise with prediction and Mapping tools (Atoll, iBwave, Map Info, Windcatcher).
- Deep understanding of RF Engineering elements affecting decisions.
- End-to-end understanding of systems and technologies involved.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools and their limitations.
- Attention to detail and organized approach.
- Ability to complete tasks under stressful situations.
