Base pay range: $58,656.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr.

We seek an Entry‑Level Instrumentation & Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business, including state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.

• You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, gaining familiarity with user expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff members.

• As a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team member, design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities.

• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

• Produce control system designs for processes and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation.

• Associate’s or Engineering Tech degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Revit software (preferred)
• Engineer in Training (EIT) (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas
• Ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base
• Collaborative team player, effective with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for buildings and construction
• Prior experience with DDC and PLC‑based control systems
• Experience with data center design or operations
