Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Teachers located in Chicago, Detroit, Little Rock, AR. Teachers at META
24 will be responsible for planning and delivering impactful lessons, engaging students in dynamic instructional activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include tailoring teaching strategies to individual learning needs, collaborating with other educators and staff, and supporting project-based and place-based learning approaches. Teachers will also contribute to ongoing training and skill development to enhance instructional quality.

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to effectively prepare and deliver engaging educational content
• Strong background in Education and Training with a commitment to continuous professional development
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff in a clear and effective manner
• Familiarity with project-based and place-based learning approaches is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with relevant teaching certifications
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address diverse learning needs
• Experience working in project-based, personalized, or innovative education environments is a plus
