  Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

  Support the lead teacher by assisting with organization, cleaning, and preparation of materials, ensuring smooth and efficient classroom operations.

  Ensure the safety and well‑being of students at all times, both in and out of the classroom, by following established procedures and exercising common sense.
• Leader in Action:
  Take on the responsibility of leading the classroom in the absence of the teacher, showcasing your leadership skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.

  Interact with students in a positive and supportive manner during learning and leisure time, serving as a mentor and guide.
• Playtime Pro:
  Lead recreational activities and group games during breaks, fostering socialization and teamwork among students.
• Confidentiality Champion:
  Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to always ensure the confidentiality of student information.

• Minimum of 18 years’ old
