this position provides statewide leadership to expand high‑quality educational options for every arkansas student by shaping policy, procedures, and partnerships across the full school‑choice ecosystem. It offers strategic oversight of the charter lifecycle (from launch and performance monitoring to renewal), while positioning charter schools as one of several strong pathways alongside education freedom accounts, private and microschools, homeschool supports, district choice, and virtual models.
