Site Coordinator; R0080034

The University of Arkansas seeks applications for the position of Site Coordinator (R0080034), a 10.5-month, benefits‑eligible position. Site Coordinators are full‑time university instructors who work primarily with partnering PK‑12 school districts, serving four major roles: (1) the liaison between the university and school district, (2) instructors for clinical practice seminar courses and mentor teacher trainings, (3) instructional coaches for teacher candidate interns assigned to their year‑long residency, and (4) key participants in the shared governance with school districts for mutually beneficial partnerships.

The successful candidate will participate in faculty governance in the School of Education, the College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education, and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

• Master’s Degree in an education or related field.
• Current teaching license in Arkansas or another state.
• K‑12 teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring or supporting new teachers.

• Experience providing professional development content to teachers.
• Experience serving as an adjunct instructor at 2‑ or 4‑year institutions of higher education.
