• Develop and lead an independent research program in biomedical or pharmaceutical sciences

• PhD, Pharm
  
  D, or terminal degree in an appropriate field
• Proven track record in research and scholarship within pharmaceutical sciences
• Commitment to education and service within the academic community
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to fulfill the responsibilities of a faculty member in a higher education setting

• Research experience in areas such as cancer, therapeutics, neuroscience, cardiovascular studies, radiation biology, or pharmacology
• Previous involvement in teaching at the university level
• Demonstrated ability to secure research funding
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration in research settings
• Strong publication record in relevant scientific journals
