A Childcare Teacher provides a loving and welcoming environment for children and parents, aiming to transform a new generation of children through Christ. The goal is for everyone utilizing childcare to feel secure that their child is in good hands. This position is part-time (seasonal/hourly).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work effectively with children from birth to age 12.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of people.
• Maintain strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Be a member of Fellowship Bible Church or actively involved in a local church.
• Align with Fellowship Bible Church's mission, values, and beliefs.
• Sign an acknowledgment of policies and procedures for the Childcare Ministry.
• Submit a background check every two years and adhere to the Fellowship Bible Church Childcare training manual.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands include regularly talking or hearing, using hands or fingers, handling objects, and occasionally standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment. The noise level is usually low to moderate.
