Team Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced, or aspiring, OB/GYN hospitalist leader to serve as facility medical director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving clinical excellence and shaping the future of women?s health services at a state-of-the-art facility.

Your Role

• Oversee the OB/GYN hospitalist team and clinical operations
• Foster strong, trusted relationships across the practice and hospital teams
• Partner with leadership to align goals and strategies
• Labor and delivery management
• Coverage for unassigned OB patients
• OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
• Serve at Arkansas' largest nonprofit hospital, home to a Level III NICU and the region's primary transfer center

Position Highlights:

• Highly competitive rate: $210 hourly
• Sign-on bonus:
  Up to $40,000 for qualified candidates
• Relocation bonus available
• Full-time schedule: 5 to 8, 24-hour, in-house shifts per month
